Note: this class is open only to licensed insurance agents, CSRs, underwriters, and adjusters per insurance department regulations.

Your social security and insurance license numbers are required by the state in order to properly assign CE credit. You may provide that information at the class if you'd prefer.

How to enroll

Please complete the enrollment form below and click "submit." You will be taken to our secure credit card processing server. If you wish to pay for the class by credit card, please provide your credit card information at that point.

If you prefer to pay by check, simply close the browser window without entering your credit card information. Then mail your check (payable to JCRS) to:
